Delete your account

You can delete your Baby Flow account and everything linked to it from inside the app. If you cannot open the app, you can request deletion by email.

Delete in the app

Deleting your account does not cancel an active Pro subscription. Cancel it first in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions (iOS) or Play Store › Subscriptions (Android), otherwise your store will keep charging you.

  1. Open the Baby Flow app.
  2. Go to Settings › Account › Delete account.
  3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Deleting removes your profile, baby profiles, activity logs, uploaded photos and subscription link permanently. A baby shared with other caregivers keeps its records while any caregiver remains; when the last one leaves, it is deleted too.
